Registration Details

State convention registration will open on March 1, 2026 and will close on April 15, 2026 at 9:59 PM. Convention registration will be completed via JudgingCard. FFA advisors can register only FFA members who have completed the WA FFA Waiver Form in The AET, and must register their students for each contest in the registration portal. Registration can be started, saved, and edited up until the registration deadline.

Deadlines, Late Fees, and Payments

  • All changes to registration need to be made by April 15. FFA chapters will be billed for the number of FFA members, advisors, and chaperones registered in JudgingCard as of that date.

  • A late fee of $75 will be invoiced by Washington FFA for any changes made after April 15.

  • Changes to registration after April 15 can be emailed to Tamara Whitcomb at tamara@washingtonffa.org and will be accepted only until April 30.

  • If you have a student drop from your list of registered individuals, you can replace them with a student of the same gender at convention check-in. Be sure they complete their Waiver Form.

  • An Additional Late CDE/LDE registration fee of $250 per individual or team/per CDE/LDE will also be applied separately, if submitted after the April 15 deadline.

  • Individuals/teams that register late for a CDE/LDE will be placed on a waiting list for non-qualifying events, with no guarantee for housing/dining on WSU campus.

  • Invoices/Payments for Registration Fees will be generated from and can be made payable to the JudgingCard.
