Courtesy Corps

The courtesy corps help with a wide variety of convention tasks, including greeting and escorting visitors and special guests, assisting backstage during CDEs and convention sessions, as well as generally helping keep convention run smoothly!

Students registered to participate in Courtesy Corps well be assigned morning and/or afternoon shifts during convention.

Caitlyn Garvey (ceag214@gmail.com) & Kinsey Nelson (kmnbeebs@hotmail.com) are Courtesy Corps Coordinators for the 93rd Washington FFA State Convention and will serve as points of contact for scheduling students.

We ask that Courtesy Corps members check-in with Caitlyn of Kinsey at the centralized locations designated below 15-minutes prior to the start of their shift:

Red Lion - General Reception Area (central to all conference rooms)
Three Rivers Convention Center & Springhill - Convention HQ (center of TRCC Lobby)

To communicate with Courtesy Corps members, we will be using a GroupMe. Your students can download the app and join the group at this link: https://groupme.com/join_group/93584706/eyu2s17M.

Courtesy Corp members will be given buttons to wear on their jackets while they're on shift. These will be distributed on-site by Caitlyn and Kinsey.
