Convention Check-In
Check-in for the 94th Washington FFA Convention will be located on the concourse of Beasley Coliseum.
Wednesday, May 8th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursday, May 10th starting at 7:00 am
Friday and Saturday will be
Check-In will include turning in signed hard copies of all students Convention Attendee Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, & Medical Authorization Forms (linked below), verifying registration details as completed in JudgingCard, and collecting guidebooks and name tags.
2024 Convention Rates
State convention registration will open on March 1, 2024 and will close on April 15, 2024. Convention registration will be completed via JudgingCard. Please note, advisors must register their students for each individual contest within the registration portal. Registration can be started, saved, and edited up until the registration deadline. Registration costs and additional details can be found below.
Current FFA Members
4 nights, 3 days of meals: $350
3 nights, 2 days of meals: $285
2 nights, 1 day of meals: $215
1 night, no meal: $145
Convention only: $75
Advisors/Chaperones/Bus Drivers
4 nights, 3 days of meals: $350

Other Registration Details
Late chapter registration fee = $75, if after April 15 deadline
Invoices/Payments for Registration Fees will be generated from and can be made payable to the Washington FFA Association.
Guest Registration
Convention guests must register if they plan to attend convention activities and sessions. Convention guests include parents and family members, past officers, alumni and supporters, industry representatives, and other community members who are not active FFA members, chapter advisors or chaperones.
Daily Registration = $10 per day, per person.
Guest registration will also occur onsite at convention in Convention HQ.
Convention Attendee Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, & Medical Authorization Forms
Each member is required to review and complete the attached form with a parent/guardian. Advisors will be responsible for turning in the completed forms to Washington FFA State Staff at convention registration.
